Sorry I've been gone...Plus Pro's and Con's of Thor: The Dark World!

Actually, I've been here all but today and yesterday, but I just haven't posted, the main reason being, I don't spend an awful amount of time on the computer. So, I've neglected you all. Terribly sorry. But the quality of my posts isn't that good anyway. I'm rambling. Sorry. Anyways, today was a nice relaxing day, yesterday was busy, school has been pretty easy this week, I've been getting good sleep at night, I got to see Thor: The Dark World on Friday night(AND IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!!!), and things have been going good lately. So. 

Back to Thor.

Ok, a more professional review now.

Let's start with the Cons:

The movie had more swearing in it than the previous Thor movie, which disappointed me.

The Aether might seem a little scary to little kids.

One character gets a limb forcibly removed, it's not very graphic though, and later it is revealed *****SPOILERSSPOILERS*****that it was an illusion.*****ENDSPOILERS****

At one point a character is running around on tv without any clothes on, but it's blurred out.

Pros:

The movie was very funny, but the humor did not seem out of place.

We had some excellent Loki moments, which I enjoyed.

It was a very good plotline, and while it wasn't very scary, it was still an epic movie.

EPIC MUSIC!!!!

Good effects and character development.

And, I guess that's not a very good review, let me change the title to Pro's and Con's...Ok.

Oh Brother!

My youngest brother is at the stage, where he says cute and hilarious things, and doesn't even realize it.

Let me give you an example.
A couple weeks ago, we were riding in the car and he asked Mirillia if his new jacket was a windbreaker. She said "I think so." and he replied, "Yeah, 'cause sometimes, it breaks wind!"
:)
Today, we were all singing a song called Stepping Stone, and he said  "What's a stepping stone?"
Someone told him what it was, and he answered back with:
"No, it's a stone what walks!"
(He uses what, in place of that sometimes.)

He and my dad like to snuggle up on our big blue chair  sometimes, and they call it hug time. One night, my dad was tickling him, and we were all laughing 'cause  he was laughing so hard. afterwards he asked "Is that my power?"
He's said many other cute things, and if I remember them, I'll add them, but this is all I can remember right now. :)

1.  If you were to become one of your own characters, which one would you want to become?

Hmm, good question, considering I'm not an author, and my fanfic characters are not that developed. But I'll probably go with Julissa Jade Taylor, my Marvel fanfic character.

2.  If you had a super power, (or multiple super powers) which would you want to have?

Flying. And Night Vision too. Can you imagine how handy those two would be?

3.  Would you rather have a pet dragon that you could ride, or have the ability to fly on your own?

The ability to fly on my own.

4.  If you were a different fantasy race, (i.e. Elf, Dwarf, Magical Being, Other) which would you be, according to your own personality?

According to my own personality? Hang on, let me go take a quiz.

K, I took three, and each time I got Elf. So I guess I'm an Elf.

5.  If you had to live in a different time period, which one would you want to live in?

Hmm, probably the 1950's. I don't know why. It just sounds cool.

6.  Continuing from the last question, in which time period do you think you would fit into the best?

I haven't the foggiest idea!

7.  If Christoper Columbus had come to you and asked for funding so that he could prove that the world was round and find a shorter route to India, would you have given him funding?

Probably not, considering I don't have funding!

8.  If you were given the option to travel back in time and alter one thing in history (whether your own life, or someone else's), would you do it?  If so, what would you alter?

I would go way back to the beginning and try to prevent the Fall.

9.  If a homeless man came up to you and said, "follow me," would you follow him?  (Because that's what Jesus's disciples did... pretty crazy when you think about it, huh?)

In this day and age? No way! For all I knew, he'd be some creepy stalker guy!

10.  If you were living in a story, what kind of character are you most likely to be?  Hero, Villain, Antihero, Anti-Villain, supporting character, evil minion/lackey, or the innocent bistander who's killed while uttering the Wilhelm Scream?

Probably a supporting character.
